Club services

i) Direct contact through independent communication with a potential business partner via phone, messenger, e-mail, etc. For this, the Sponsor’s contact details may be provided to the potential business partner, and the potential business partner’s contact details may be provided to the Sponsor respectively. The Sponsor agrees to provide his contact information to a potential business partner upon the Sponsor’s request.
ii) Communication with a potential business partner via telephone, messenger, e-mail or video conference will be done through the Organizer’s Assistant. On the request of the Sponsor, such contact is established at a time convenient for the participants. The Assistant recommends the Sponsor, introduces the participants to each other and organizes their communication. The exact schedule of meetings will be indicated in a personal schedule section in the ‘Connecting Leaders’ app. The organization of communication by the Assistant will be made within 7 business days from the date of the Sponsor’s request. If the contact cannot be established within 7 business days, the request is cancelled and in order to initiate the connection again, it is necessary to resend a meeting request.
iii) Urgent communication with a potential business partner via phone, messenger, e-mail or a video conference will be done with the Organizer’s Assistant. On the request of the Sponsor, such contact is established as soon as possible. The assistant recommends the Sponsor, introduces the participants to each other, and organizes their communication. The exact schedule of meetings will be indicated in a personal schedule section on the ‘Connecting Leaders’ app. The organization of communication by the Assistant will be made within 2 business days from the moment of the Sponsor’s request. If contact cannot be established within 2 business days, the request is cancelled and in order to initiate the connection again, it is necessary to resend a meeting request.
iv) Communication during Virtual Events. Between the participants of a virtual conference, a direct connection can be organized via telephone, messenger, e-mail or a video conference. The Sponsor must register for a Virtual Event and send meeting requests to those participants they are interested in meeting. The exact schedule of the meetings will be indicated in a personal schedule section of the ‘Connecting Leaders’ app. The Assistant recommends the Sponsor, introduces the participants to each other, and organizes their communication. Organization of communication by the Assistant can be made only at the time indicated in the personal schedule. If contact cannot be established at the specified time, the request is cancelled.
v) Communication during the Events. One-to-one meetings can be organized between the Events participants. The Sponsor must register for an Event and send the meeting requests to those participants they are interested in meeting. The exact schedule of meetings will be indicated in a personal schedule section in the ‘Connecting Leaders’ app. The assistant recommends the Sponsor, introduces participants to each other and organizes their personal meetings. The organization of meetings by the Assistant can be made only at the time indicated in their personal schedule. If a meeting does not take place at the indicated time, the requests are cancelled.
